Does this further Stay-at-Home Order Affect Your Real Estate Activities?

Similar to the previous Stay-at-Home Order, real estate remains an essential service and trading practices can continue. That said, it's not entirely business as usual! Changes include:

(1) residential evictions are paused

(2) in-person open houses are prohibited

(3) in-person showings are by appointment only and should be limited and spaced out, time-wise

(4) it is suggested to refrain from face-to-face interactions and take advantage of virtual tools as much as possible

If anything, this Stay-at-Home Order reminds us that real estate is essential but we need to remain safe and stay on top of best practices.
